I'm very close to finishing my Yoga 101 digital course.
I've been working on converting my in-person course to a digital resource for a few months now, and I'm finally about to wrap it up!
I'll be releasing it in mid-December, just in time for the holidays and New Year.
This course is entirely focused on getting you comfortable with common yoga poses, phrasing, and props so you're confident walking into your first yoga class.
Basically, it's everything I wish I knew before walking into a yoga studio for the first time!
It will include guided audio and video sessions that will focus on building a strong, safe foundation and will break down common postures you'll likely to see in classes. We'll cover how to use props, the basics of breathing (yes, it's THAT important), and review how to make self adjustments.
