For business owners facing a significant decision, there's value in having someone entirely in their corner to think it through.

Who This Is For

Strategic Counsel is for business owners who have something significant in front of them. A decision that needs to be made. A transition they're navigating. A chapter they're still figuring out.

The common thread isn't industry or company size. It's that the stakes are real, the timeline is near-term, and everyone else in the room has their own skin in the game. You need one person who doesn't.

This is for business owners who are smart, self-aware, and already successful. Not in crisis. At an inflection point.

What's Included

A focused initial session

Every engagement begins with a single 60-minute session. We get into the decision, the context around it, and what getting it right actually requires. At the end of that session, we determine together whether additional sessions are needed and what they should accomplish.

Additional sessions based on what the decision requires

Most engagements run 3 to 5 sessions total. There's no fixed program and no predetermined arc. The engagement is shaped entirely by what you're navigating.

A thinking partner with no competing agenda

Every person in a business owner's circle has opinions shaped by their own interests. In this relationship, that isn't true. The only investment here is getting it right for you.

Something concrete at the end of every session

You won't leave with just a good conversation. Every session produces clarity and a clear next step.

Pricing

Engagements are session-based, not packaged. The initial session is $1,000. From there, additional sessions are available individually or in small packages depending on what the work requires. Most engagements total between $2,500 and $3,500.

Limited Availability

Strategic Counsel engagements are taken on selectively to ensure every client gets the thinking their situation deserves. If you're facing a decision with a near-term timeline, the best first step is a 30-minute strategy call to talk through what you're navigating and whether this is the right fit.
