We assess your current reality, identify what's working and what's unsustainable, and clarify your strategic direction.

Post-Intensive
You leave ready to lead intentionally instead of reactively. You'll have clarity, capacity, and a plan.

Session 2 (Week 3)
We apply the Achieve/Adjust/Abandon framework to your current workload and build your capacity protection practices.
